All domestic orders are shipped free by either United States Postal Service or by FedEx.
Orders to Canada are shipped for a flat rate of $10.
All other international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $30 to the rest of the world.

With the meticulous handcraft process, I can assure you that each item is made with the greatest care and attention to detail. Traditionally handcrafted goods will almost always outlast any mass-produced retail item.
With this process in mind, I don't hesitate to offer a full refund on any item received that does not meet your expectations. If you receive your item and don't feel that its quality is up to your standards, please don't hesitate to contact me via ann@ax16.co and arrange a return and full refund. I'll accept any item in new condition within 30 days of receiving the item.
